all i need is a simple lift

I CANNOT NOT BLOG ABOUT SUCH HUGE ACHIEVEMENT I ACHIEVE YESTERDAY!!!!!
I RAN MY FIRST 10KM IN AROUND 48MINS!!! HAHAHAHA.
I feel so proud of myself,of cos now my whole leg is aching la. Cant even lift my leg up when I'm sitting down=.=. i wonder how am i going to survive the next training,and i think they are increasing the distance to 15km for next training G_G
FYI i am in track and field,its confirm!
